Please note that requesting the deletion of an account may require providing relevant identification information to verify the user's identity.

Once the user submits a request to delete their account, we will process it within three working days, and the account will be logged out at that time.

All your general personal data and usage records will be deleted once the request approved.

Once the user's personal data and usage records are removed, we are not liable for any losses or consequences arising from the deletion of the account, including but not limited to the loss of user data or third-party access to the user's account.
